These guys are knowledgable and professional. The initial visit included a whole house survey and bait setting, and by the end of the 3 visits our mouse problem was completely resolved. Friendly, efficient, unhurried and punctual, absolutely excellent service.
Jack was incredibly helpful with my flat’s mouse problem, explaining where mice had been coming from and easing any concerns. He worked efficiently, baiting traps and consistently returning to check them. Genuinely cared about resolving the issue.
I called EES on the 26th September about a wasp nest in my roof area, luckily they had an operative working nearby and he arrived 20 minutes later, he dealt with the wasp nest very quickly and professionally and i have had no problems since, great service keep up the good work.
Jack was great! He gave me lots of great advice and did the 3 day treatment which was completed over a 2/3 week period. Have had no more issues since which has put my mind at rest. He also took pictures off all the areas in my flat that required filling and sent me a quote to give to my landlord. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Really pleased with the work carried out by EES! They helped me out massively during a bedbug infestation, in a timely and friendly manner. They answered all my questions and were super informative - really wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! The prices were also great for all the work covered - so feeling really very grateful for their help!

Your working methods were very professional and thorough.Not only did you come out on a Saturday, you also came when we had other works going on in the house - coinciding your prevention measures with the fitters. So grateful for all the work and feel that the cost was very reasonable.
I cannot recommend EES highly enough.Professional, friendly and efficient from start to finish. Jack and his team went above and beyond during a lengthy assessment, then eventual careful (and humane) removal of seagull chicks from a nest on the roof.All communications were timely, polite and accurate. The service itself was undertaken smoothly and was excellent value for money. The residents association here have our pest control contact well and truly sorted now. Thanks very much Jack!
